Thanks, Rebecca. It sure is the Kisii soap stone. They've been staring at me for a while, just beckoning me to paint them. They catch the light in a really neat way because of all the curves. I might have to try a couple more.

Thanks Steven! Thanks Birchsprite! It is a little tempting to take a bite, isn't it ;-) I have to say, I really enjoyed painting this one. I tried to keep my shadow and background thin, and stay loose with the rest of it. Thanks for dropping by!
